This TT300 is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga and Restorative Yoga enabling simplicity with ease in learning and practice.
Doug and Lea are well established in their own respective yoga styles, through decades of their research, practice and teachings. Students will enjoy a unique holistic approach understanding the value of different yoga styles and how to balance hard, more challenging, and soft, less challenging techniques with an aim to support individual practitioner’s needs.
This program will prepare you to progress from your individual starting point, then enhancing self-confidence and ability to teach yoga. Along with rising ecological consciousness and the need for peace and compassion through yogic lifestyle and teachings; and in addition to discussions on current challenges for modern yogis to discover their individual path (dharma) and practice (sadhana).
Immersing into this TT300 is your treasured opportunity to expand awareness physically, mentally and spiritually. This will then create more space in your life for learning and sharing yoga with expanded confidence and clarity of your newly acquired direction.
The program includes 21days intensive retreat, and self-study with online correspondence prior or post the retreat.

Daily Outline of Course
Program allows you to deepen your own practice and yoga experience, while learning by immersing and doing. Working directly with a teacher, in groups, practicing teaching, preparing lectures, solving tasks, including constructive feedback from your mentors - With such an approach, you as a student proactively engage, and put immediately into practice knowledge gained.
The course requires your full attention, respect and immersion for 3 weeks, but it has sufficient breaks during the day for contemplation, relaxation and allows personal space to recharge.

11:30- 13:00 Insight theory classes & discussions
13:00-16:00 Study time or rest (swim, take a walk, meditate)

ABOUT TEACHERS:
Doug Swenson
Beginning his study of yoga in 1963, Doug Swenson is a master yoga practitioner, philosopher, writer and dedicated health advocate. Over the last three decades, he has incorporated influences from several different yoga systems along with his passion for nutrition and the environment.
Doug has had the fortune of studying with many great teachers including Dr. Ernest Wood, K. Pattabhi Jois, Ramanand Patel, and many others.
Doug has incorporated influences from several different yoga systems along with his passion for nutrition and cross-training to develop his unique approach. Over the years he has authored several books; "Yoga Helps", "The Diet That Loves You Most", "Power Yoga for Dummies" and "Mastering the Secrets of Yoga Flow" and his latest book “Pioneering Vinyasa Yoga”.
Doug is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500 with the Yoga Alliance) and a holder of registered Yoga School Sadhana Yoga Chi and travels extensively offering workshops, retreats and teacher training courses around the world. Kirsten Louise Pedersen
Kirsten is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist and yoga teacher (RYT500).
Originally from Denmark, she spent 15 years in New Zealand, where she obtained a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Certificate of Health Science in Western Acupuncture.
Kirsten has worked in clinical physiotherapy for over 10 years and teaches yoga both in the studio setting, as well as in the physical rehabilitation setting. She is currently living in Copenhagen and is also an active writer and health & wellbeing blogger.
Kirsten employs a holistic approach to health and believes that the world of science and ‘alternative’ practice are merely two sides of the same story. She desires to use her experience to deliver teachings that, whenever possible, present both the scientific side as well as the holistic side, for a balanced view.

Lea Loncar
Is a dedicated yogini, with over 25 years` experience in yoga. Her background is in various yoga styles and traditions (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Integral, Sivananda and Therapeutic yoga), which she has studied in India, USA, and Europe with great teachers including Swami Satchidananda, Swami Ramananda, K.Pattabhi Jois and his family, and many others. Lea is also deeply inspired by Buddhist Vipassana meditation and is an advocate of the vegan culture. Her work and writings have inspired and motivated hundreds of people to change their lifestyle habits, and improve their health. Lea is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500 with the Yoga Alliance) and the founder of a Scandinavian yoga centre Zenit Yoga (25 years this year), a place to go for Yoga education in Scandinavia. She is also an associate at the Institute for the Health in Split, Croatia. Besides yoga, her formal education is Master's in psychology from a Norwegian university, with work experience as a university lecturer and HR consultant for international companies.
